Our Values

• Each customer is treated like they are our ONLY customer.  We explain everything.  We answer your questions without being too technical.  We want you to understand what we're doing and why.
• We will explain to you each recommended repair or service and prioritize it in terms of safety, reliability, longevity, and comfort so that you can decide the best use of your repair dollars.
• Most work is warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles. Some repairs may carry a shorter warranty.  Repairs to computer circuit boards may carry a 6 month 6000 mile warranty or no warranty at all depending on the situation.  We may attempt to repair these circuit boards with your consent when the cost of a new computer is prohibitive. (please refer to your final invoice for complete warranty terms)
• We use only original equipment replacement or the highest quality after market parts. 
• When you call, we answer the phone personally.  On the rare occasion you do get voice mail, we will be paged, and return your call fast.
• We don't have a fancy lounge with Internet access and television which you must pay for.
• Our technicians regularly attend training seminars to stay up to date with today's complex vehicle systems.
• You will always be given a written estimate for diagnosis or repairs when you drop your car off.
• We also offer after hours drop off.  We will call you in the morning to obtain your verbal approval for diagnostic or repair charges.
• If you would like us to save your old parts, just let us know at the time the original estimate is written.
• We care about our environment.  All  recyclable materials are recycled and all hazardous wastes are either recycled or disposed of properly. 
• Security is important at Jacoby's Auto. Our shop is secured with a continuously monitored interior motion detection system. Even though our 2200 square foot facility is small, we have the ability to store up to 10 vehicles inside the shop after hours. We make every effort to keep your vehicle safe and sound while it is in our possession
